FAQ

During the session, microvibrations and gentle roller pressure stimulate the skin, muscles, and lymphatic system. Lymphatic flow is activated, excess fluid is released, blood circulation improves, and tissues receive more oxygen. The body begins to produce more collagen and elastin, muscles relax, puffiness decreases, and a pleasant feeling of lightness appears. The result is smoother, firmer, and more toned skin, along with an overall sense of renewal and vitality.

Endosphere usually feels like a firm, deep massage. In areas with stagnation or tension, slight discomfort or mild pain may occur — increased sensitivity in these zones is a natural reaction. Sensations become much more comfortable after 1–2 sessions as the tissues adapt and stagnant processes begin to resolve.

After the procedure, most clients feel lightness, relaxation, and body toning. Swelling subsides, muscles soften, and the skin becomes more elastic. Some people also notice pleasant warmth and a sense of rejuvenation.

Visible improvements can appear after the very first session — puffiness decreases and lightness returns. The cumulative effect becomes more noticeable after a full course, when the skin gets firmer and contours more defined. With regular maintenance sessions, results can last for a long time.

For a stable and visible result, we recommend:
• 3 sessions – for gentle lymphatic drainage and light detox
• 6 sessions – for noticeable skin tone and texture improvement
• 10 sessions – for sculpting, firming, and visible reshaping results
The effect accumulates with each session, and the optimal course is selected individually depending on your goals and body needs.

The ideal frequency is twice a week, with 2–3 days between sessions. This helps the lymphatic system activate more effectively, enhancing skin tone and texture. After completing the course, maintenance sessions once every 1–2 weeks help preserve the results.

Yes, certain conditions and medications should be taken into account. All contraindications and medication interactions are described in detail in our separate guide — you can easily check it for quick reference.

Yes, Endosphere combines well with other treatments and physical activities. It can be paired with massages, body wraps, and workouts. Just allow a 1–2 day break between intense activities — especially cardio and strength training — to let your body recover. Light activities like stretching or yoga are allowed and even beneficial. Regular workouts together with Endosphere sessions help enhance results and improve body shape.

The procedure is not contraindicated during menstruation, but individual sensitivity should be considered. In the first days of the cycle, the skin may be more sensitive, making the treatment less comfortable. Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic drainage. If menstruation is heavy, it’s better to postpone the session, as lymphatic drainage can increase blood flow.

Yes, Endosphere helps restore tone and improve lymphatic flow after pregnancy. You can start 2–3 months after delivery (or later in case of a C-section — only after the scar has fully healed).

No, there is no downtime required. You can return to your usual routine immediately after the session — just stay hydrated and avoid overheating or heavy exertion for the next 24 hours.
